Summary

  • decode all 55 candidate and 2 static QR assets and enforce exact HTTPS payloads on approved hosts
  • rasterize source and imposed PDFs at 600 DPI, scan dense-page tiles, and retry right-angle orientations
  • run behavior fixtures and the release gate in Forgejo CI

Verification

  • python -m pytest -q tests/test_validate_qr.py — 7 passed
  • full gate against committed source/imposed deliverables — 57 assets plus both PDFs passed at 600 DPI
  • git diff --check and Python bytecode compilation passed

Remaining manual gate

A physical sample still needs representative printer/paper plus iOS/Android handheld scans; the documented raster profile cannot model ink spread, glare, focus, or device decoder variation.

Environment caveat

A fresh ordinary local build remains blocked by pre-existing ignored remote-generated media and an unavailable candidate campaign host; this branch does not change political content or the media pipeline.
