• replace the Principles hero’s retired aquatic metaphor with direct working-language copy
• add a smoke regression that rejects aquatic holdovers on the Principles surface

Verification

• RED: site smoke failed on principles page retains retired aquatic language: wake
• GREEN: npm run smoke:site -- http://127.0.0.1:4338 'iPhone 12' — 12 routes, ok
• npm run validate
• git diff --check
• visual review at 390px light and 1440px dark
