Adds a public field note about distinguishing queued CI work from outages, and validation from live deployment. Updates the Memory Symphony portfolio summary to reflect its new fifth movement.

Testing: npm run format:check; npm run lint; npm run check; npm run build; social-card, performance, and anti-pattern checks; article route smoke assertion.
