Remediates HUI-004.

Behavior

  • recovers from malformed/truncated sessions indexes and session transcripts
  • continues importing valid sessions and authoritative state.db totals
  • emits bounded diagnostics without raw content, paths, or session identifiers
  • retries artifacts on the next watch iteration
  • leaves unexpected exceptions visible

Verification

  • pytest -q (18 passed)
  • Black, isort, and strict Pyright
  • package build and Twine checks
  • strict MkDocs build and docs tests
  • synthetic import/watch malformed-artifact smoke

Draft pending independent security review.
