Adds V. Afterimage: The Work Continues to Memory Symphony. The generator now emits five movements, 700 bars, updated harmonic/formal documentation, conductor and part sources, MIDI source, and regenerated PDF score/parts.

Testing: make test; full-score LilyPond render; all 28 part PDFs rendered successfully in parallel; explicit Git LFS upload.
