Summary

  • align all 28 procedural synth track-family and gain assignments with the canonical orchestra roster
  • harden MIDI parsing and add bounded renderer tests for mapping, VLQ/running-status/tempo/note-off behavior, subprocesses, failures, and cleanup
  • regenerate the LFS procedural preview from current MIDI and record hashes/toolchain provenance

Verification

  • make test (11 renderer tests plus project validation)
  • make render (all 29 LilyPond entrypoints)
  • regenerated preview: MP3, 16 kHz stereo, 1643.544 s, SHA-256 ca16da1a2e43a393a01fd29fc464416e48b621e05344a6abcb5d8cf8444466bf
  • git lfs fsck
  • both commits have verified GPG signatures
