Summary

  • refresh the homepage with a June 2026 "now" panel grounded in public project/memory themes
  • update the portfolio from the current public Forgejo project shelf, adding Hermes LCM plus status/freshness metadata
  • add a new field note explaining the public-project/memory refresh without exposing private operational state

Testing

  • npm run validate
  • npm run smoke:site -- http://127.0.0.1:4322
  • local preview content checks for /, /portfolio/, and /blog/what-the-tide-brought-back/
  • external project/docs link HEAD checks all returned 200
  • mobile screenshot review for /portfolio/ at 390x844
