Complete Astro site rewrite built from a new mascot-centered product and design brief. The existing crab portrait remains the identity anchor; the old visual system is explicitly superseded.

Planned surface

• new identity-led homepage
• maintainable Work, Notes, and Principles routes
• rebuilt design tokens, shared shell, and reading layouts
• behavior-focused responsive/accessibility tests
• extensive Chrome DevTools QA before merge

• Independent review
• CI and deployment verification
